At RareNotWeird.net, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you find that the item you received doesn't meet your expectations or if there's a defect, we're here to help with our exchange policy.

Eligibility for Exchange:

  1. Within 30 Days: Items are eligible for exchange within 30 days of the purchase date.
  2. Unused and in Original Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
  3. Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase (receipt, order number, or invoice) is required.

Exchange Process:

  1. Contact Customer Support: Reach out to our Customer Support team at support@rarenotweird.net within the eligibility period to initiate the exchange process.
  2. Provide Information: Please provide your order number, details of the item(s) you wish to exchange, and the reason for the exchange.
  3. Approval and Instructions: Once your exchange request is approved, our team will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s).
  4. Return Shipping: You will be responsible for shipping the item(s) back to us, using a trackable shipping service.
  5. Processing Time: Upon receiving the returned item(s), we will inspect them and process the exchange. You will receive notification of the status and shipping details for the replacement item(s).

Exclusions:

  1. Non-Returnable Items: Certain items like personalized or custom-made products may not be eligible for exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect.
  2. Final Sale Items: Items marked as "final sale" at the time of purchase are not eligible for exchange.

Additional Information:

  1. Refunds: We currently offer exchanges only. Refunds may be considered in exceptional cases, subject to managerial discretion.
  2. Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to a RareNotWeird.net error.
